  1. Every 45 minutes take a break;
  2. Use a homework rotation : Computer homework then paper homework then computer homework then paper homework, etc;
  3. Set yourself goals of what to accomplish each night;
  4. Set a list of tasks to complete followed by a reward;
  5. Close down distracting programs;
  6. Use the Google App “SpeakIT” to help you read your work that is on the computer;
  7. Make a homework schedule of what to complete when;
  8. Check your email at least once daily;
  9. Check your Managebac calendar;
  10. Send emails to ask questions or go and see Mrs. Carter for extra assistance;
  11. Start your assignments early;
  12. Eat a healthy and balanced diet;
  13. Drink lots of liquids;
  14. Create yourself a proper study area with all the tools you need to complete your homework;
  15. Check your spelling and grammar with http://spellcheckplus.com/ before publishing any work online;
  16. Make sure when working on the computer your posture is 90 / 90 (see video below for more details).
